If you’re energized by and committed to growing intersectional diversity in tech leadership, we want to hear from you. 

 

Established in 2013, our mission is to support historically excluded folks to become leaders in tech. In particular, our members are part of groups that have been historically excluded from leadership based on:

• Race

• Gender

• Sexuality

• Ability

 

Our hands-on Board is made up of passionate technologists and leaders from a variety of tech ecosystems and beyond. As we head into our 12th year, we are looking for new Board members who are committed to our mission, ready to support our flagship programs, and excited about finding new ways to support our members.

There are no direct donation or fundraising requirements to sit on our Board - we don't want financial concerns to be a barrier to exercising your leadership with us. 

​

We ask for a commitment of 5 volunteer hours per month, including a monthly one-hour board meeting on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30pm ET.
